In this collection, the elegance and refinement of Edo Kimekomi Doll have come together with the warmth and charm of Tohoku's traditional Kokeshi doll.
The attire of these Kimekomi doll is crafted with exceptional skill, faithfully recreating the color combinations worn by Their Majesties the Emperor Emeritus and Empress Emerita on their wedding day. While Hina doll are traditionally meant to wish for the healthy growth and happiness of young girls, Koquela's Hina doll also embrace the wishes of traditional Kokeshi doll—prosperity in harvest and good health.
